This is a story about 3 women: Leah, Caroline and Annette who are siblings and each possesses different characteristics. Therefore they don't get along very well. One day, their mother had written to the three of them, inviting them to her new home in Star's End. Each of them had debated whether or not to go as they too do not get along with their mother. However though, Ginny will tell her daughters about a secret past that will eventually wove their family back together.
I love family stories. But this one is too..illogical to me. But I do love one quote from this book: You had fallen in love with the idea of falling in love. My rating: 2.7/5
