The Almost Moon by Alice Sebold

This is a story about a woman who had killed her own mother. After the killing, Alice Sebold had narrated brilliantly on what had brought Helen to commit this crime. Alice had brought me to experience Helen's childhood and what she thought of, what she had felt and actions taken after the killing.

Since it took me two days to finish this 291 pages of book and because Alice Sebold dared to explore and somehow is able to write this sort of story, my rating would be 3.7/5. This book did not get a higher rating because there are some parts that I was not able to connect to and imagine. It might be my fault though. But anyhow,3.7 is my final rating.
